Construction Updates

INTERIOR DESIGN - Tanner Hill & Associates
CONTRACTOR - Canning Construction Ltd.

Construction is on schedule.
- 6th floor terrace is completed,
- 7th & 8th floors will commence at the begining of February

We shall proceed to complete the Tower Section at a rate of 1 floor per week, weather permitting.

Installation of the Precast Walls will commence on the East Side at the begining of February.

Masonry and Window installation will also begin in February.

Our expected occupancy date at this time is October 2010. This is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
